PRO Membership
PRO membership provides an ad-free experience on IMI. PRO is currently managed by admins and payment integration is not yet active.
Future Payment Model
When payment integration is enabled, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis within:
- 7 days of purchase for technical issues
- If service is not delivered as described
Non-Refundable
Refunds will generally not be provided for:
- Change of mind after 7 days
- Account suspension due to policy violations
- Partial usage of subscription period

Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
